This turned out to be a very long sketch.... 
I started to watch Masterchef recently, and then I just started to think about a hetalia version and this happened, you know, it came together like icing on a cake...ohohoh. *shot for being lame*
This trio never really took off eh? I've only drawn them three times myself- and this time I actually had reference for Turkey! Not that it helped me much. I can't draw macho men I'm sorry. I know I didn't do him justice but I tried /crai/ I couldn't draw his handsomeness
The set actually doesn't look this saturated but when I first started to look for ref pics I found one with this colour...Most of them are more orange xD This is why I don't do backgrounds

Maigod the Gourmet trio, I swear these three would have really awesome cook-offs. But aside from that, I think they'd also be great cooking critics: Francis probably on presentation and flavour, Yao on ingredient choices and value (maybe about whether the resultant dish made is worth the ingredients used?), and Sadiq for taste and concept. (?) But either way, they look pretty great, nice work on this~~ ^^
